The Cosmetic Product Notification Portal (CPNP) is an online platform used to submit technical information related to cosmetic products that will be put on sale in the European Union (EU).
This platform was created to implement Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 on cosmetic products in all EU member countries. Under this regulation, the designated Responsible Person (RP) must submit product specifications and safety information through the CPNP.
In the event that there are changes to products already on the market, such as changes in labeling or formulation, the PR must update the required information on the platform.
